The house we stayed in (group of 9, all adults) was very poorly kept. The hot tub didn't work, nor did the heat on the main level (kitchen/dining room/living room). The stove was severely outdated, and didn't make us feel safe to use. The place was way overpriced for the amenities (or lackthereof). Obviously, the biggest problem was the heat not working, as it was negative temperatures at night, and barely warmed up during the day. Our contact person was not very responsive about these issues. We were there for 2 days and nights, and the heat was broken when we got there and still not fixed when we left. Also, the response to the hot tub not working was that "it's cold outside" - even though others around us were working fine.
